We’re hiring four. The two on top are the critical hires. The two underneath join the marketing team that the Full-Stack Growth Marketer leads.

Senior Firmware Engineer

Embedded C on the paddles. The signal everything else is built on.

The ZWIM Smart Paddles read the force and rhythm of every pull and turn it into Propulsive Watts. If that reading is wrong, the score is wrong, the game is wrong and the feedback is worthless. You own the firmware that makes it trustworthy.

You are close to the hardware and close to manufacturing. Tooling starts this month and the first units ship to customers at the end of November, so this is shipping work, not research.

  • Embedded C on the paddle hardware
  • Sensor calibration and signal quality
  • Bluetooth connection reliability and data integrity
  • Battery life and power management
  • Over-the-air firmware updates
  • Working with manufacturing through tooling and certification
Profile: senior embedded engineer who has taken a consumer device from prototype to production. Comfortable owning firmware end to end and talking directly to a factory. Bonus: swimmer or triathlete.

Community & Social Media

A triathlete with a camera who owns the channels, the community and the people who talk about us.

You run our social channels and our community, and you shoot most of what goes on them. Reels, carousels, short-form video, the Founding 100, the ambassadors, the clubs and coaches who send people our way.

This is a many-hats role and we are not pretending otherwise. You will be the one person who knows every athlete in the community by name and can also cut a reel by Friday.

  • Organic social, end to end
  • Reels, carousels and short-form video
  • Community, starting with the Founding 100
  • Ambassador and affiliate programme
  • Partnerships with clubs, coaches and races
  • UGC pipeline and athlete stories
Profile: 3–5 years. Shoots, edits, posts and replies without waiting to be briefed. Triathlete or swimmer is a must, not a bonus — you have to know this sport from the inside to talk to it.
